New Vegan Starter Kit Uploaded to Veg*n Lifestyle Perth

I've just uploaded a new Vegan Starter Kit from Friends of the Animals at the Veg*n Lifestyle Perth Group site here:

You will find it in the Files section under Vegetarian Information in a folder titled "Vegetarian Starter Kits" along with seven other vegetarian guides.

While there you should check out the complete book titled "Vegan - The New Ehtics of Eating" that is also available for downloading. This is a complete book with 216 pages of information about the Vegan Lifestyle.
