Good Morning

Postby EarthlyAngelMichelle on Mon Mar 24, 2008 5:50 am

Hi my name is Michelle, this is a great site and I cant wait to pop down to the shop and have a look.
I am currently studying Holistic Counseling and Mind Body Medicine and am currently doing Nutrition 1 which I am finding so interesting and is opening my eyes massively.
During my web search for some interesting and informative vegie sites I came across Paws and have also joined one of the yahoo groups in your links page so believe I am starting a new journey with food and am enjoying every step.
The Paws site states there is a PDF brochure for people starting to become a Vegetarian/Vegan but I cant find the link, is it going to be available soon? I thought some of the people in my class might enjoy it as well.
Are the Saturday markets you promote still going, might pop down next weekend for some fruit and veg.
Sunshine and Rainbows to you all.
Michelle

Hi Michelle and welcome to PAWS. Your studies sound exciting and very interestgin, there is always so much for us to learn!!

Please do visit the shop, we are open Tuesday to Friday 10am - 5pm and Saturdays from 10am to 3pm. Yes, the markets are still up and running, going very strong, on Saturdays (get here early for the best produce!) and we also normally have a vegan meal available (by donation) on Saturdays, though this week and next are both 'bring a plate' weeks.

Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Hi Michelle,

If your looking for Vegetarian Starter Guides you can visit the Veg*n Lifestyle Perth group located at:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/vegnlifestyleperth/

I’ve recently uploaded six different vegetarian guides to the file section. You will also find some vegetarian cookbooks as well as an entire book on the Vegan diet all in PDF format.
